All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages & Missing Packages
Damages
We take great care in packaging our items. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Include a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box in your email to [Insert Email Address].
Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

Check your porch, side doors, and with neighbors.

Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early).

Contact your local post office or the carrier directly.
