Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier volume.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Damages

We take great care in packaging our items. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

• Include a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box in your email to [Insert Email Address].

Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

1. Check your porch, side doors, and with neighbors.

2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early).

3. Contact your local post office or the carrier directly.
